と思わせるほどディティールが多少違いますが、全体的な印象は同じ新型ミニ。特にドアミラー、ホイールのデザインが同じなので、ぱっと見では気付かれないほどでしょう。
2014 MINI leaked ahead of today's official revealWe already know some of the engines which will power the third-gen MINI, starting with a newly developed 1.5-liter three-cylinder gasoline rated at 134 bhp (100 kW) and 162 lb-ft (170 lb-ft with overboost). There will also be a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder generating 189 bhp (141 kW) and 206 lb-ft (221 lb-ft with overboost).
Upon launch it will also be available with a 1.5-liter common-rail direct-injection diesel producing 114 bhp (85 kW) and 199 lb-ft (269 Nm). These engines will be connected as standard to a six-speed manual gearbox or to an optional six-speed automatic transmission.
エンジンは1.5L 3気筒と 2.0L 4気筒のラインナップ、どちらもoverboostの記載があるとおり過給機付き。
日本導入は不明ですが、同時に1.5L直噴ディーゼルも用意されるとのこと。
これに6速マニュアルか、通常の６速ATが組み合わされます。最大の目玉はやはり一新されるエンジンでしょうか。
